What currency are your prices in?

All pricing in CAD funds

Are there any taxes?

If you are customer located in British Columbia, you will be charged PST and GST. Elsewhere in Canada you will be charged GST. We do not charge Canadian taxes on international shipments.

How do you ship?

We utilize Canada Post as our carrier of choice. Shipping will be calculated based on the items ordered and the final destination of the shipment.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a Canada Post tracking number. You can track your shipment at CanadaPost.ca

What payment methods do you take?

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Credit card charges will appear as ”1204282 BC Ltd”. You may also pay by e-transfer sent to customtoopsorders@gmail.com. Please include your order number with your etransfer.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer refunds for unworn and undamaged items returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Original tags must still be attached. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. To request a refund, please contact us.

I’m shipping the items outside of Canada. Do I have to pay taxes or duties?

As customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may be subject to paying additional import duties and taxes, for customs clearance. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. Please contact your local customs broker for further information.
